Spare Parts Administration (m/w/d)

Job description:

• Responsible for proactively selling spare parts within the assigned sales area
• Processing spare parts inquiries and preparing quotes
• Processing spare parts orders and tracking order lead times
• Administering customer master data and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Responsible for updating master data and customers in SAP
• Monitoring receivables, controlling payments, and the monitoring process
• Complaint management
• Close collaboration with internal departments and representatives, as well as our headquarters in Switzerland
• Active participation in projects

Requairements:

• Basic technical training with the possibility of further training
• Sales experience or basic sales training with technical experience
• Several years of experience in order processing systems and service processes
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• Team player with strong communication skills and a keen sense of sales
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Very good English. German and other languages ​​are an advantage
• Willingness to travel (around Europe, approx. 10%)
• Flexible working hours
