We are looking for a young and dynamic person to support our Finance Team at our headquarters in Switzerland from Vinhedo-SP (Brasil).

Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your future role

• Managing accounts payables

  • Workflow-supported invoice processing in the vendor invoice workflow tool (BLP)

  • Preaparing and executing the payment run

  • Key user and administrative tasks in the vendor invoice workflow tool (BLP)

• Managing accounts receivables 

  • Posting incoming payments via electronic data file
  • Managing dunning procedures
• Handling written and telephone inquiries from customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders 
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses 

• Supporting the management of the general ledger accounting for our CH, US, UK, BR entities

• Performing account reconciliations, adjustments, and plausibility checks

• Assisting with periodic financial closing activities 
• Acting as a local contact person for trustees, auditors, and banks

 Our requirements for you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification

• Additional finance education (e.g., finance specialist or similar) is a plus

• Several years of experience in financial accounting

• Strong IT affinity and experience with SAP (required)

• Excellent English skills

• A responsible, structured, and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mindset
