Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

Main tasks

• New equipment commissioning
• Execute machine overhauls at Ferrum seamers at customer sites
• Prepare technical reports
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Customers technical support

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical installations and repairs, relevant technical certification or degree is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Intermediate English and Spanish skills preferred
