Commercial Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Consolidating financial data from all subsidiaries into a standardized group reporting structure
• Integrating production and cost data from our plants to create a global overview of gross margins
• Monitoring profitability across the entire value chain – from production costs to final sales price
• Analyzing revenue, margins, and commercial expenses to identify trends and deviations
• Preparing monthly reports as a basis for management decision-making
• Conducting data-driven simulations for new market initiatives or changes in the international setup
• Monitoring commercial expenses against approved budgets to ensure financial discipline

Our requirements  

• A degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Controlling/Finance) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business controlling within an industrial environment, with both technical and financial understanding
• Knowledge of the full value chain (production, logistics, sales)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong analytical thinking
• High standards regarding data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting
• Fluent German and English skills for collaboration with our international locations
• Willingness to travel
