Bachelor's / Master's Candidate Development Projects (m/f/d) - fixed-term for 6 months

 

Your impact

  • Execution of a practice-oriented Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in the field of Project Development / R&D
  • Active involvement in development, optimization, or industrialization projects within mechanical engineering
  • Support in technical conceptualization, design solutions, and engineering changes
  • Analysis of improvement potential regarding functionality, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency
  • Contribution to the creation and revision of technical documentation
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Design, Production, Project Management, and Service
  • Presentation of results and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

 

Your profile

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Design, Mechatronics, or similar
  • A technical vocational background or initial practical experience in an industrial environment is a plus
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and technical correlations in mechanical engineering
  • Initial experience with CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
  • Passionate about technical challenges and skilled in presenting results to specific target audiences
  • Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong sense of responsibility for assigned project tasks and topics
  • Proficiency in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
